Meet our Pastor
Pastor Jonathan Gross Jr.

serves as Pastor of Together 10:16 Ministries and as a Christian Counselor with The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center. His leadership journey reflects a combination of spiritual calling, practical ministry experience, personal surrender, and enduring concern for people. Although he was told while growing up that he would one day become a pastor, he did not originally expect that path to become his reality. His professional goal was to become an executive director of a labor union. However, a series of unexpected opportunities and acts of obedience redirected his life toward counseling and pastoral ministry. His transition into pastoral leadership came through God’s instruction to establish Together 10:16 Ministries in September 2024 after serving in another ministry for nine years. Although he has not received formal seminary education, he was prepared through total surrender to Christ, genuine love for people, a commitment to discipleship, and years of service as a deacon, elder, and assistant pastor. He identified his grandmother, parents, pastors, and childhood pastor as important influences in his development. He also recognizes the continuing challenges of selflessness, compassion, patience, understanding, and meeting people where they are. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone is saved by grace, no person is better than another, and anyone can be transformed through the sacrifice of Christ. ONE FLOCK, ONE SHEPHERD.
